A paid discovery session where we review your brand, target market, product objectives, and formulation brief. The J$35,000 fee is non-refundable, and is credited toward your R&D fee if you proceed.
We develop your custom formula using our professional ingredient stock. You don't need to bring a recipe — we build it around your approved product brief and performance objectives.
You receive a 2oz sample to test. Up to 2 rounds of adjustment are included in the R&D fee so you can refine the product before committing to bulk production.
Your product undergoes microbial testing through the Bureau of Standards Jamaica (BSJ) and in-house stability testing before commercial production is approved.
Once testing is complete and you are satisfied with the product, you give final sign-off on the formula. Nothing goes to bulk production without your approval.
Your approved formula goes into production. Minimum first order is 5 gallons. We manufacture — you brand and sell.
All ingredients below are in our current stock and available for use in your custom formula at no additional sourcing cost. Ingredients outside this list are special order and must be paid upfront.
The R&D process begins with a paid consultation, followed by a research and development fee that covers everything through to your approved, tested sample.
R&D fee is non-refundable once development begins.
The R&D fee covers formula development, 1 x 2oz prototype, up to 2 adjustment rounds, BSJ microbial testing, and in-house stability testing.
Turnaround: 2–6 weeks from consultation through final approval.

Testing is part of our product-development and quality-assurance process. It does not constitute regulatory approval, registration, licensing, or certification for sale in any particular market. Any additional regulatory or market-entry requirements remain the client's responsibility.

The final formulation and any intellectual-property or exclusivity terms are governed by the applicable R&D agreement.
