Is this suitable for complete beginners? ▼
Yes. The program starts from zero — no prior soap making or chemistry experience needed. Module 1 covers all the safety basics before you touch a single ingredient.
What do I get for J$35,000? ▼
Each J$35,000 module gives you: 3-year access to the Foundations (safety, materials, calculations, quality, business) plus the method module you chose. You get written lessons, quizzes with explanations, digital badges, downloadable sheets, the AI Tutor, and a Certificate of Completion for your chosen method — you do not need the full bundle to earn a certificate. Video walkthroughs are live for Modules 1–4. The J$100,000 bundle unlocks all three methods plus the Formulation Artist content, and earns all three method certificates.
What is the refund policy? ▼

What is "Certificate of Completion"? ▼
Each method path earns its own Certificate of Completion — you do not need the full bundle. Complete all lessons in your chosen path (Hot Process, Cold Process, or Melt & Pour), pass all module quizzes at 85%, and pass the path final exam, and you receive a Certificate of Completion from Najah Chemist for that method. The bundle earns certificates for all three methods. This is not an accredited qualification and does not replace any regulatory licences required to sell cosmetics commercially in Jamaica or elsewhere.
How does the AI Tutor work? ▼
Each lesson page has a "Ask the Tutor" button that opens a chat powered by Claude AI. The tutor is scoped to Soap Program content — it can define terms, explain concepts, and troubleshoot batches, but it will not originate full formulas or quiz answers.
Can I pay by bank transfer? ▼

How long does it take to complete? ▼
At a comfortable pace — 2–3 lessons per week — most students complete the program in 10–14 weeks. You have 3 years of access, so you can go at any pace and revisit lessons at any time.
What quiz pass mark is needed? ▼
Regular lesson quizzes require 70% to pass. Module tests (end-of-module quizzes) require 85%. You can retake lesson quizzes immediately. After two consecutive failed module tests you enter a 24-hour cooldown before your next attempt — this is by design to encourage review before reattempting.
